At Tadka Ready Meals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below carefully.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unopened with the seal intact

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns are not allowed if the product seal is opened.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To claim any refund for damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
If the items are found to be damaged in the video, we will coordinate with our delivery team and assist you with the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for cancelled orders or if the product is received damaged, verified through an unboxing video and consultation with our delivery team.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
